Hurting Eachother

I want to be with you for the rest of my life,
but I know it won't last.
Everything we have worked for will fade away,
it will all be over so fast.
I wish true love would really last forever,
so there would always be me and you.
I truly want us together for an eternity
and I only wish you felt that way too.
I hate loving you so damn much,
yet I love you with all my heart.
I knew us being together was a bad idea
and it will be till the end, from the start.
All the memories we have made with eachother,
I will truly, dearly miss.
Every smile. Every laugh. Every moment.
Every hug. Every touch. Every kiss.
I know for a fact that the love that we share,
will soon mean nothing anymore.
So why in the hell are we doing this?
